Web Portal Help


Follow the steps below to register for the Customer Portal.

   

  1. Click on New User.
  2. Enter the Account Number.   This is the assigned customer number in Wintac. If you do not know your customer number, contact the company whose portal you are trying to log into.
  3. Enter a Password.  The password must be at least 7 characters long and have one non-alphanumeric character (!, @, #, $...).  The password is case sensitive.
  4. Confirm the password by entering it again.
  5. Enter the Email Address.  This is the first email address located on the main customer screen in Wintac. If you do not know the email address to use, contact the company whose portal you are trying to log into.  
  6. Click Create User.  You will get a message saying that the account has been successfully created.  Click OK.  Now you can log into the portal with the user you just created.
